Sales/Estimating Engineer - £24k-£30k + Pension - Warwickshire
RD Recruitment (Rugby) Ltd is currently working on behalf of one of the world\'s largest and most respected supplier of Testing and Thermal Processing services. Our client is responsible for testing expertise in more than 700 companies in the automotive and other manufacturing industries. Their range of materials testing includes polymers, plastics, rubbers, composites, metals and adhesives.
Presently, our client is recruiting for a Sales/Estimating Engineer to join their Warwickshire site on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for producing quotations, liaising with new and existing customer and developing a solid customer base. You\'ll be heavily involved within business development activities and will be willing to develop this opportunity into a Sales position in the future (with relevant support from the company).
As a successful candidate, you will have extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive industry including current technical specifications. Ideally you will also be familiar with Laboratory Procedures including Health and Safety.
You\'ll be an ambitious, self motivated person with an excellent telephone manner and IT skills and able to communicate at all levels. Having a team player attitude, you will be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision striving to provide excellent customer service to achieve maximum results.
Our client offers a competitive salary of £24k-£30k (commensurate with level of experience) and a company pension scheme. There is also excellent opportunity for career development and training prospects within the business, too.
